Tbh, had a great stay on a week long business trip. Fairly clean, low cost hotel, I greatly enjoyed reasonably large and tidy rooms and SUPER-FRIENDLY staff. The venue's position was excellent and unbeatable, to the Brainerd Baxter area. Plus, it was so close to the center and many restaurants and Rodeway Inn.

The location of the Americinn in Baxter was ideal for our stay. We were able to easily access the activities we had planned without any hassle. Even though we encountered a few small drawbacks, the overall experience was positive.

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel. The young man at the front desk, Anthony, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He even prepared a fresh pot of coffee for us! The outstanding customer service alone is worth coming back for. The hotel itself was clean and recently remodeled, so everything was new and of great quality. The rooms were amazing, with brand new mattresses, a fridge, and a TV. The breakfast offered in the morning was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was close to the mall and there were plenty of food options nearby. The cleanliness of the rooms was also impressive, and we appreciated the efforts made by the staff to maintain a clean environment. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained, with everything in working order. The parking area was spacious and easily accessible, making it convenient for guests with vehicles.
